Where is the beach shower?
It's on the beach, near the Merry-Go-Round
Where can I wash the sand off my feet?
There are 3 foot washing locations. Go to the stairs to the beach near the Merry-Go-Round, Giant Dipper entrance and the Haunted Castle

Where are the pay phones?
Casino Arcade street side entrance AND west lawn entrance;
Neptune’s Kingdom street side entrance AND on the second floor;

Logger’s Revenge ticket booth and

Where can I get a wheelchair? Is there a fee?
No fee. Wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Operations Office on Walkway 2. A photo ID and a credit card imprint are required as a deposit.
Where can I rent a stroller?
At the Boardwalk Bargains store in the colonnade next to Marini’s big taffy machine and in the Kid’s Cove store near Walkway 5.
Where can I buy film or a disposable camera?
At most stores on the Boardwalk.
Where are the bike racks? Bike lockers?
Bike racks are in front of the Merry-Go-Round, Casino Fun Center, Neptune’s Kingdom and the entrances to the Beach Street and River parking lots. Bike lockers can be rented at the Operations Office and are near the entrances of the Beach Street and River parking lots.
Where is First Aid?
The Operations Office in Walkway 2. Open when the Boardwalk rides are operating.
Where are lost children taken?
Operations Office (Call 01 for the worried parent before you send them to the Operations Office. If you find a lost child, call 01 and they will send a Security Officer to escort the child to Operations.
Where is the nearest ATM?
Across from Bulgy the Whale next to the Rock-O-Plane, across from the Merry-Go-Round at the seawall, Casino Arcade, Neptune's Kingdom, Walkway 2, across from the Fireball,near the Shark Photo booth and Boardwalk Bowl
Where are the lockers?
Rental lockers are available near Marini's Munchies near Walkway 5, inside the Casino Arcade by the Shooting Gallery and near the Logger's Revenge restroom at the bottom of the ramp.
Where can I buy stamps? Where's a mailbox?
Stamps can be purchased at the Kid's Cove near Walkway 5 and at the Boardwalk Bargains store on the colonnade. The mailbox is located at Walkway 2.
Can large groups get discounts?
Yes, go to Guest Services, located street side near Walkway 2.
What time do you open/close?
Please check your Operating Calendar as the times vary.

You might like to see the old photos in the Historium located on the second floor of Neptune’s Kingdom. You might know it as The Plunge (a salt water pool) or the Miniature Golf building.
I couldn’t use all my tickets; can I have a refund?
Your tickets are good for a lifetime. (If the Guest is not satisfied with that response send them to the Operations Off ice on Walkway 2.)
I am going to an event in the Cocoanut Grove. How do I find the entrance?
The two main entrances, A and B, are on the street side near the Casino Arcade. Check the sign above the entrance for your event. Entrances C and D are located off the colonnade by Marini's Munchies.
Where's the Beach Deck?
On the beach behind the Casino Arcade.
Are there free rides for kids?
Yes, there are some rides that are free for children when a paying adult accompanies them. Please ask at the ticket booth or the Operations Office to find out which ones and the height requirements.
Can you recommend a good motel?
The Carousel Motel is a moderately priced motel located across the street from the Merry-Go-Round. The Sea & Sand Inn is a bed and breakfast with beautiful views of the ocean.
How do I find out about riding the Roaring Camp Train?
The Operations Office on Walkway 2 will have an operating schedule or you can go to the Roaring Camp sign at Walkway 3, where the train picks up passengers.
Do you take checks?
Sorry, we don’t take personal checks but we do take ATM cards, traveler’s checks, MasterCard, Visa and Discover at Ticket Booths and some Food locations.
Can I bring my dog to the beach?
Sorry, it's against a city ordinance. There is a dog friendly beach off West Cliff Drive located on the other side of the Lighthouse. Hours: before 10 a.m. and after 4:00 p.m.
Can I drink alcohol on the beach?
Sorry, it's against a city ordinance.
Can I take my bottle of beer on the Boardwalk?
Sorry, you can bring the beer but for safety reasons you can't bring the glass bottle. Please ask for a paper cup from any restaurant.
Can I ride my bike, skateboard, scooter or roller blades on the Boardwalk?
Sorry, no. There's a great place to ride on West Cliff Drive and a free skate park across the street from the wharf.
Do you have a paging system?
Sorry, we don't. You can check in at the Operations Office on Walkway 2 located near the Pirate Ship for a lost person.
Do you have maps of the Boardwalk?
Yes. At parking lots, ticket booths and the Operations Office.
Are there discounts on rides on certain nights?
Check with the ticket booth operator for discounts.
What time do Neptune's Kingdom, the Casino Arcade and Boardwalk Bowl open?
Neptune's Kingdom and the Casino Arcade open one hour before the rides do on operating days.
The Boardwalk Bowl opens at 9 a.m.
Can I smoke on the Boardwalk or the beach?
Sorry, you can't smoke on the beach or Boardwalk. You can smoke on the street side of the Boardwalk. Look for the ash stands and signage at Walkways 2, 3, and 5 and outside the Casino Arcade.
